“I am so grateful to the staff at NSfG for their incredible support and guidance in helping
me get where I am today – working for Metro Bank as Local Business Manager for Ashford
and the South East. Not only did I receive excellent teaching it became very apparent that
staff genuinely cared about my welfare and encouraged me to the best I could be. I would
wholeheartedly recommend sixth form at NSfG.
My advice would be to take all the opportunities that are offered – I ran as a candidate in
the Kent Youth Elections, which I won and later became a British Youth MP, I took part in
the Bar mock trials playing the role of a barrister at Maidstone Crown Court and
ultimately I had the privilege of being voted Head Boy. I know that all these
extra-curricular opportunities really impressed the interview panel at Metro Bank and
were the reason I was offered the job in a very competitive market. NSfG believed in me,
this built my confidence which has enabled me to achieve two promotions in the first year
of working at Metro Bank.
I applied to be a magistrate and was delighted to receive this honour in early
- I am thankful for the efforts of NSFG staff for what I have achieved.
Thank you NSfG.”
