It’s very interesting knowing what those people who walk the halls of fame did before they became famous. But what about the people you see everyday at school, what did they do before they became a teacher/ESL/LSA/support staff? I thought it would be interesting to see the roles they had, the jobs they dreamt about when they were at school and what advice they would give their younger self looking back. I therefore posed these questions to all staff and was fascinated by the responses. The following questions were asked of all staff:
