Courses studied at NSfG: Performing Arts and Sociology
After my time at NSFG I studied Musical Theatre full time in college for 3 years at D&B Academy of Performing Arts. Throughout my time at college I worked with industry professionals, directors and choreographers from West End shows and TV. I also became Head Girl in my 3rd year which was a great honour.
Furthermore, D&B were contacted by Channel 4 to create a scripted reality show based on life at the college, called STAGE SCHOOL. In my second year I was lucky enough to be a part of the first series as a main cast member and I also appeared in the second series; which was aired on E4.
Northfleet School for Girls, especially the Performing Arts department, helped me prepare for life after A Levels. Allowing me to perform to audiences helped massively with my confidence and stage presence.
I found the teachers and staff throughout Sixth Form very supportive in my decision to carry on with my dream of working in the Performing Arts industry.
They helped and prepared me for full time training and allowed me to grow as a erformer which enabled me to realise that this was the career path I definitely wanted to take
